I have never worked in a single lane.

Hi, I’m Myrte. My work has moved between technology, operations, design, clients, implementation and teams. I am at my best when I can connect those perspectives rather than choose only one.

I live and work from a quiet hillside in Greece, surrounded by sea, open sky and an olive grove below the house.

How I work

I understand the context, then get on with it.

I work independently, communicate clearly and keep people informed, especially when something unexpected happens.

I notice details, but I also want to understand the system around them. If something repeatedly causes confusion, I would rather fix the cause than keep patching the result.

My background includes systems thinking, program operations, client experience, software development, design, testing and implementation. For more than fifteen years I have moved between technical work, client relationships and team coordination.

I am comfortable translating between people who think differently. I can talk to a developer, a founder, a client or a facilitator and understand that they may all be describing another part of the same problem.

Current work

I currently work with MindTime and Unmani. These roles combine technology, operations, communication, online programs and the practical work of turning ideas into something people can use.

Sanctuary

Living here has changed how I think about what a place can offer. Life is fairly unplugged, there is an enormous view and it is often very quiet.

I keep returning to the idea of a small place on the land where someone could stay after an intense period of life. Somewhere private, with few demands, surrounded by olive trees.

It does not exist yet. I have an olive grove, a steep piece of land and an idea that may one day involve a crane and a very carefully placed cabin.

I am not imagining a retreat program or constant care. More a place where someone capable of being on their own can rest, knowing that another person is nearby if they need practical help or someone to talk to.
