Where I tend to fit
I often work in the gaps between job descriptions.
Sometimes the problem is technical. Sometimes it is operational. Often it involves people, information and a system that made sense once but no longer quite works.
I like finding out what is actually happening, making the relationships visible and turning that understanding into something practical.
That might mean building or testing a digital product, improving a process, coordinating a program, untangling communication or helping different specialists understand one another.
The common thread is making complexity workable.

How I approach work
I want to know what the task is connected to.
I ask questions, trace dependencies and look for the reason a problem keeps returning. I can focus on details without losing sight of the wider system.
I am equally comfortable making something, improving how it works or coordinating the people needed to get it done. The job title matters less to me than whether the work is useful and the problem is interesting.

Possibilities
The shape of the work can vary.
I am open to a part-time role, a defined project, an ongoing collaboration or a position that combines several disciplines. I work remotely and am particularly interested in work where there is something real to understand or improve.
If the role does not fit a familiar label, that is not necessarily a problem.
